I want to buy a good kayak to go out and fish, and maybe some spearfishing too, I think this one may be a good deal, but I’ve never seen a kayak like this one and I’m afraid it can spit. Also If you have any recommendations that would be appreciated.

Avoid buying a kayak on Amazon.
Find a dealer in your area and go see the model you want. Sit in it, lift it, feel the density of the plastic.
If it feels flimsy, is uncomfortable, or is too heavy for you to manage on your own, look at a different model.
Ordering something that gets drop shipped to your house is convenient, but risky because a) you don’t know what condition it will arrive in, b) you don’t know what to expect based off of pictures alone and AI generated reviews
I remember growing up and Japan products were garbage, then came along with Taiwan garbage. Oooohhh, all them Asian foreign cars are garbage. Yeah maybe some stuff from China is garbage but if you do some research you might find something that fits your needs. My OP cell phones have been pretty damn good over the years Just a Thought
