I own several edge rods and decided to order the Delta FSS SJR 803-1. Has anyone used this rod and what are your thoughts 🤔. Is the rod over powered or does it still have a softer tip section. Gonna be my power spinning rod for Smallmouth. Any info appreciated

Both the Delta line and the SJR tends to have a softer tip. I’m a little surprised you’re going with a 8’ spinning rod though.
