Betta Fish: Is.. this a bubble nest?

Uh.. so I got my new beta today and he seems pretty chill! However this nest of bubbles was not there while I was cycling the tank or before I added him in
He was abnormally calm when I added him to the tank, and on the walk home from the petshop.. there are no other bubbles like these ones around the tank
My other betta, Foeslayer, is still pretty young so he hasn’t built a bubble nest yet
