Aquariums: Are corydora’s just little cràçk heads?

First time owning them and they are so cute with how the swim around in the tank and I was just wondering is this normal behavior for them to swim around crazy? I have 6 Albino Cory’s and 4 sterba’s Cory’s. With 4 tetras’s a raindbow shark and two veil angle-fish.
