Decided to get up at 4 o'clock this morning, drive an hour and a half to try to catch some trout, but ended up catching a bunch of smallmouth bass. This one was the largest of them, 3lb 1 oz and just under 23 inches long. On my ten-foot rod, it was a blast fighting him. Happy Thanksgiving, boys!
