Btw, Amazon haul has pretty ridiculous deals going on right now. 8x war eagle spinnerbaits, 2x Berkley choppos maverick 105, 7x packs of the strike king rage chunks, and 2x Rapala husky jerks for $47.

That’s how I fish them and have success. You can also fish them with a trailer if you like.

You can even trim the skirt shorter if the bass are feeding on smaller food.

Personally, I always use a trailer. But you can absolutely use them as they are!

I’ve had better luck with these without a trailer. The blue herring color is my favorite

With or without. Try without first then if no results try with. There’s a small difference retrieve and casting distance between the two to keep in mind . Adding trailer is more about presentation than vibration , as a paddle tail won’t out vibrate two giant willow blades. So you can go with a matching color of split tail or paddle tail , or if u want some a bit more noticeable you can use a craw, but hook it through the side of the craw not the back . You want the claws vertical like a fishes tail fin .
