We’ll put her in the water here on thanksgiving morning trolling for some striper no luck, but it was my first outing so just learning how to use it first!
One thing I had a problem was is the rod holder mounted on the rail. I realized when I set it up for trolling it was bumping my leg and I couldn’t pedal as well so I had to sit awkward or set up the rod weird. Any suggestions?
Another thing I noticed was some water coming in the deck, I’m sure it’s normal near the pdl drive maybe like an inch and it would drain, the previous owner gave me all the scupper hole plugs but he said he wasn’t sure when your supposed to plug them and I don’t know either if you’re supposed to plug a few at least?
Lastly, the humminbird piranha 4 isn’t working I noticed one of the cords on the back corroded and the little post inside is stuck inside the port of the graph, I’m wondering if I just need to order a new PC 11 cord and run it or might have to consider a new one?
