I’ve got a imx pro blue 843S that I’ve broken twice not doing anything I haven’t done a hundred times. Thankfully G Loomis replaced it for free both times, but they’re literally the only rods I’ve ever broken in my life and fish plenty. Sold it after I got the replacement rod the second time.
All my other saltwater inshore stuff is mostly phenix, then daiwa and st croix. I’d say save your money and get something else.
Lexa’s are great, me and my family all basically use the lexa or tranx for our saltwater bait casters and they can’t be beat.
