I fish almost strictly saltwater on the beach or rocky shoreline of California. All these setups see saltwater frequently, even the Ultima and the daiwa BBB. I target mostly striped bass and halibut. I catch the usual leopard shark or bat ray when I use bait which is rare as I prefer artificial/finesse.
