i don’t see any rod straps. maybe you want to upgrade your sonar too. might be a good time to buy one now.

Ultrex trolling motor + recessed foot pedal tray. I found my ultrex on marketplace for $1100. Spot lock is a game changer, I fish mainly rivers so it’s very nice.

Biggest upgrade for me was spot lock.
I would do that over anything else. If I was starting from scratch again.

Some sort of spot lock trolling motor. Pick your favorite brand. Electronics to match it so they can talk. It will change the way you fish.
Tire pressure gauge for your glovebox
Tool kit from harbor freight with basic tools you can swap a prop or battery with that lives in your boat and never leaves it.
Lug wrench that fits your trailer tires.

Mine still has everything from 2020 on it. If I could change one thing it would be spot lock. I’m going to run this 24v maxxum until it breaks though. Which probably won’t happen for a long time.
