Hello everyone!
I’m new here to this reddit but not new to having bettas! I just picked up a beautiful male candy koi halfmoon betta today from Prism Bettas and Goldfish. He is stunning! I decided on the name Skittles!
I also have another betta (a delta) named Steve Jr. He is named after my late betta who passed while I was on vacation from a sudden pH crash. I learned from experience that putting new plants in the tank can drain the carbonate in the water. I was able to fix it with some crushed coral but he unfortunately didn’t make it.
P.S: they are in separate tanks!
