I’m sorry friend but it’s mid af, honestly a little less than mid, 4/10.
It’s a perfectly serviceable combo though, and I hope it catches you many fish!

I would’ve gone with a Medium heavy for a first rod, but it’ll do the trick. It’s just going to be harder setting the hook with jigs and stuff. 10 lb mono is pretty light too.
