Hi! I’m looking for an affordable fish finder for my kayak. I have a Lifetime Teton Pro 116 Angler Kayak. I am relatively experienced bass fisher but new to using electronics. Any advice?
I am looking at this Lowrance bc my dad is a Lowrance man but am a little concerned with the placement of the bullet sensor as I usually transport my kayak in the bed of a pickup or on the roof of a car or SUV.

I started with a Garmin Striker 4 and a Scotty transducer mount. I recommend it to everyone starting out. Garmin also makes a bundle version for Kayaks.. Comes with a base for the screen and a battery.
