I think I've managed to assess his personality type! I think he is chipper and curious, he spends most of his time at the front of the tank while I am there, and frequently explores every nook and cranny. I have only seen him flare a few times. I think he keeps uprooting my plants while I'm not looking hahah because in the morning I'll come to his tank and there are some plants floating on the surface
