I have a Lowrance elite FS9 and I’m using the the standard mount that it came with but I had noticed within a few weeks of driving I noticed that at speeds over 5mph the sonar screen just gets messed up or goes blank and once I pulled my boat a Parker 2120 and noticed that the scanner was every lose and could flap up and down easily, I was wondering if there was any better mounts that help with turbulence and prevents it from lifting?

I just tighten mine up so it can’t flap around as easily. There’s bolts on each side of the mount that you can tighten up.
