How to catch this fish???? They just jump and jump
Ive tried hi lo rigs,spooks, spoons, popping corck, carolina rigs, weedless jig heads. Cant seem to get even a strike one was fish with wiskers but not searching for that

You have to figure out what fish is jumping. There’s a variety of rough fish and bait fish that jump but which are very unlikely to take any of your lures. Carp, shad, large baitfish like rudd or shiners, etc. The surface can be on fire with activity, but it means very little. Carp can be targeted with bait, corn or bread on the bottom, or more elaborately packbait with a method feeder and hair rig. You can also try using a bubble and small fly to see if you can catch whatever is jumping.

Looks like salt water. Probably mullet jumping. They don’t usually bite.
