Not trying to spot burn or get anyone’s honey hole and figured floatable sections of rivers aren’t always secret spots. If I’m wrong, let me know.
I designed and finished building this boat early this year. I managed to get it out a few times this spring/summer but am trying to plan some trips for next season. Wondering if anyone has any recommendations for floatable sections of water in the north east (NY, PA, CT, VT, etc.) and bonus if I can make it into a multi day, camping along the way. I have yet to take it on anything more than class I rapids but am open to faster sections of water. Both warm water and cold water species are fine with me!
The issue I’m running into is the list is getting long and I would love to narrow it down a bit.

Allegheny River below the kinzua dam.
I only recently got into fly fishing so don’t have any spots to recommend but god damn that boat is sweet! The pup also looks like a solid fishing partner.
