I dont think so, but id keep an eye on the tears on his dorsal fin. It lolks like it’s curling and turning black, which can be an early sign of fin rot! (usually it’s cured with just being in clean water ans a good environment, though!
Velvet usually looks more… gritty? Almost like dusting then with powdered sugar or tumeric! Hard to tell, but i dont think so from that vid 🙂
