Hey guys! I recently sold my old project Searay boat and used the money towards a down on my new tracker I got a few months back, the thing is so awesome and I love it.. I always wanted an actual big fishing boat that I can take nearly anywhere with ease.. I love fishing even if I suck at catching fish with artificial lol. As you know it’s currently winter time so I have her covered, winterized and fluids freshly changed until the next season, although the boat has lots of features and good stuff on it from the factory, more premium options like spot lock, an anchoring system or even better rod storage for 7’ -7’6” rods would be a nice bonus for me.. what are some upgrades or accessories I should buy to improve my fishing experience, comfort and convenience for when the next season starts. Honestly, this is already a very solid setup and the Tracker Pro 175 TXW is a platform I trust. If it were my boat, I would focus first on upgrades that improve efficiency and comfort rather than adding more gear right away. For me, a quality trolling motor with spot lock is the biggest day to day upgrade, especially when fishing solo or dealing with wind. A good anchoring system also makes a real difference on smaller water. I would personally look at better storage organization, a seat upgrade for longer days, and a simple electronics upgrade if you plan to fish more next season. The boat itself does not need much.
