Been moving some things around. Any suggestions on plant or hardscape?

Currently have…
5 mature angels – 1 pair
They bicker with eachother some but nothing serious – leave everything else alone- had them all together for about 1.5 years
16 Rummynose tetra
7 panda Cory
9 cardinal tetra – angels have never bugged them
Snails
An XXL Amano shrimp
Anywhere from 3-9 Kuhli loaches – don’t see them much and haven’t seen more than 3 at a time
Been thinking of adding more cardinals and rummynose
Also more Cory and possibly kuhlis to bring them out
Advice? Criticisms?
