Hey all, im new to jerkbait fishing and don't think my retrieve technique is quite good. I watched a YouTube video where the guy makes much smaller jerk movements than me, but his line somehow seems to have much less slack than mine (whereas I have to either reel in a lot of line or exaggerate my jerking action). I was fishing on a medium fast rod with 20lb braid + 12lb fluorocarbon leader. Any advice would be appreciated.
