I bought this black sea bass rig and wanna start making them myself due to how dang expensive they are. What is the shiny flasher thing called up top? Everytime I look up flashers they look wayyy different than this one. Is there a certain name for it?

If the shiny flasher thing you’re referring to is the silver/green hex-patterned bit, that would be called a spoon.
