I got him as a christmas present and I can't tell whether he has fin rot or not. The edge of his tail has been that colour since I first got him.

I am no expert, just a couple years of betta owning with some scares and fin rot. I don’t see signs of fin rot I dont think? But im mostly just commenting for engagement so someone with more expertise can add their input! How frequent are your water changes? Whats the parameters and tank mates?
