Betta Fish: Please help my bettas tail is torn and bleeding

part of it looks like it’s still hanging on but it’s like melting, there’s also blood, there’s dragon stone in the tank that I’m going to take out, all the plants are real too, I don’t know what to do I love this fish so much. should I set up a hospital tank ? not even sure how to do that
