This is a female betta ive had for around 1.5 years now, 2ish months ago she jumped out of the tank when i didnt have the cover on without me realizing (i wasnt home) and she was out of the water for i wanna say around 20-30 mins, i got back figured she was 100% dead (on the floor not moving dried out) but to my surprise when i went to pick her up she flopped and i quickly got her back in the tank, she ended up recovering and grew back her fins, she has a crazy appetite and ive fasted her for around 24 hrs now since i noticed the pineconing/ rough scale shape and larger stomach, id assume this is dropsy no? I know once they get it its pretty hard to get rid of and often fatal. Any tips?

I’d recommend giving her a salt bath in a separate tank and just keep her in a hospital tank with tanin and see if it helps
