i used to fish consistently for around a year and i stopped because my rod broke and i got frustrated. I pulled out my old fishing gear and thought i might get back into it. I fish in texas mainly for bass and i have always used a spinning reel but i want to start using a bait caster. please tell me any recommendations for rods and reels as well as any must have lures or accessories that i dont already have in my tackle box. like brands of soft bait and specific lures. p.s. what am i supposed to put in the deep compartment?
