Hellooo, I just got this beautiful girl last month. I tried adding tank mates with her which were 3 platties but they kept bullying her so I had to seperate them. Recently she's been spitting out her food and she's kinda lethargic and wahs staying at the bottom and not actively exploring the tank which I rearranged… She also sometimes clamps her tail and unclamps it. I added tannins to help her calm down last night and it kinda worked, fast forward to the next day I'm noticing the look of her scales. She's a big girl and idk if it's dropsy or nooo.
(May you guyz pls also help me identify what kind of betta she isss? The local fish keeper told me she's a plakat but I think she's a veil tail :)

How long have you had the tank? How long have you had your fish?: I had the tank and my fish for a about a month now
How often are water changes? How much do you take out per change? What is your process?: water changes happens once a week. 10-20% changes only
Any tankmates? If so, please list with how many of each: she used to have 3 platties with her
What do you feed and how much: I feed her pellets only 3 and only 1x a day
Decorations and plants in the tank: I have kangkong stems, pothos and a bunch of river rocks and other kinds of rocks that are smooth and not porous
