I've had this betta for around 4 months now its in a community tank(80l_20gallons) with neocaridina and guppies and yesterday i noticed this growth under the mouth but its acting normally and eating normally
What can i do to help or should i just leave it alone?

Yes,what you could do i a surgery in home
First use clove oil to put him in sleep then in cold water for a few minutes while he is aleep
Then take a razor and remove it after that use methylene blue on a q-tip and put it on the spot where the tumor then but him in a bucket of freshwater with a bubbler after a few minutes he will wake up and after put him in a quarantine tank with methylene blue and daily salt baths so it doesn’t get infected till he heals.
I know this is hard but the best way to do it
