Hi! Had my Betta for about a month now and suddenly these little guys showed up in my tank? 🙃 What are they? Harmful? Harmless?

they’re not quite the right shape to be planaria.
looks like rhabdocoela worms to me! they’re a sign of a healthy ecosystem, as they’re predatory and mainly eat other microfauna, like copepods or detritus worms. they’re a great indicator of the populations of your other microfauna, and they make great fish food too. 😆

Rhabdocoela worms! These are harmless detritus eaters and free fish food.
They are scavengers and mainly eat algae and biofilm but will also prey on very small Meiofauna.
