My betta fish hasn’t been eating as much the past few days and now he’s at the bottom of my tank so I removed most of his decorations, he’s barely moving. I am new to having betta fish and had him for only 10 months. If I can do anything let me know pls

Does he have a filter? Heater? Adequate conditioner added to the tank? Water changes and how often? Water perimeters?
