Hes like crooked? And resting constantly, a bit concerned if i got a betta that requires a lot of attention. Of course i can give him all required attention im just nervous he is in pain.
He is brand new btw, literally hasnt even been in the tank for 30 minutes.

Looks like it might be a spinal issue. If so, there isn’t much that can be done. Just make sure he has lots of platforms near the top to rest and that his food comes close enough for him to reach.
However, have you tried turning the filter flow down? Some bettas really can’t handle it and a minor issue might seem more severe if the flow is to high.
