Betta Fish: Is the algae fine?

I don’t mind how it looks, if it’s heathy for the beta I’ll leave it but if it’s harmful I’ll switch out the rocks

I’ve seen some people say that plans are good because it helps keep the water healthy, but this has been here for like two weeks so thought I’d check
