Helix 5 GPS Sonar but with no chirp, thoughts?

I purchased a helix 5 gps sonar ice bundle from marketplace that included the hummingbird bag, ice transducer, and a cheap lead acid battery for 200 dollars. I wanted to upgrade from my garmin 4 with a bigger screen and better gps.

I thought it was a great deal because all the other ones around me on marketplace were 300+ but then I realized after purchasing it was because it was the G1 model. Therefore meaning it would have no chirp. I’m feeling weary about my purchase now, because the garmin 4 has chirp. I wanted to replace the garmin 4 on my boat with the helix 5 when open water season hits, so is no chirp really gonna be a game changer?
