Got tired of waiting for Spring so I decided to try ice fishing by myself for the first time. Bought a Garmin Striker 4 but I need a couple more things for it before I can use it, so in the mean time I used my Hummingbird Piranhamax 160 to help locate some fish and see what the depth was.
Accidentally bought a broken combo but I lost the receipt so I couldn’t return it, decided to use it regardless and landed 5 bluegills this evening. Pretty fun to finally see some fish after the snow came down even if they’re not big.
