I wanted a smaller pack for when my vest was overkill. None of the current market options met my needs and this patagonia pouch is perfect once rigged with straps. Shoutout to the fulling mill fly patch too, it's an amazing mini workshop. I bought a second one to pin to wader straps during float trips.
