Betta Fish: Are these spots normal? They are blue.

So I got silky when she was 5wks old. She is now like 7months old.

She has grown half the size she was. The spot on her top is so big now and it kinda looks like she has a scale over it as if it’s gonna shed.

Is this just her color coming in?
When I first got her she was white no other colors. And where her fin is very thin it’s was that way since I got her. She seems very healthy. She eats very well. She interacts with you.
