I’m working on getting more plants (any suggestions would be helpful) but this is my 10 gal for my king betta (plus snails)
I know the water level is a little low in this picture, he’s due for a water change which will be done later today
Any suggestions on extra things for enrichment or anything would be appreciated!

Curious what kind of snails, I love how much tannins you have! Any plants you think you can keep alive work! Maybe some floaters, something with long roots growing down would look pretty. I also always suggest using sand over rocks, but what you have is better than colored gravel!
Some easy plants:
Anubias, they dont like to be buried in substrate but otherwise the most hardy plant imo, will survive well in low light but may not grow fast. Can be bought at just about any pet/fish store
Frogbit, floating plant, mine grow like weeds it only takes a week for the entire surface of the water to be covered in them if you have good light and fertilizer. That said they are similar to the anubias on they will survive lower light but wont grow very fast, the same is true of using fertilizer. Will survive but may not grow much
Tiger lotus, technically a larger aquarium plant but I had 4 in a 10g and they looked pretty cool 🤷♂️ needs to be partially buried in the substrate but not fully, will need root tab fertilizers to grow, does ok in moderate light
Red root floating plants, another floater, can be finicky but mostly they dont like any water flow. Will need higher light to really get the red to come out. Can grow tiny flowers
Moss plants, java moss is said to be pretty easy, not one I’ve personally had. Xmas moss is one I got recently that has been slow growing for me but seems to be doing well. Moss does well in low lights

All plants will benefit from fertilizers but not all of them strictly need them to survive. Since you have snails I’d suggest avoiding seachem flourish, even though it advertises being safe for snails I noticed mine really looked sick every time I used it. I have since been using easy green from aquarium co-op (both liquid fertilizer and the root tabs) and have not had the same issue since
