Worth throwing a few tip ups around here? I do construction and working on a house on sunset bay on Mille lacs. Don’t wanna go out to far cuz we’ll be working on the house and don’t wanna go to far to the flag. Thinking around 8 ft of water. Worth it for pike or don’t bother?

Are you really going to be able to tend to it if you’re busy working?
It’s always possible to pick up a pike and i get it would be fun to have them up while working but between having to bring an auger to drill holes and tending to the line while you’re working it seems like kind of a hassle. Seems also like a possibility to get dinged by the dnr for unattended line (need to be with 200 feet) or dinged by the boss for looking for flags every 2 minutes.
