Our betta has started to become lethargic leaning to one side. Other fish in the tank look fine. Discoloration on the sides, flaming gills, bloated. Not sure what to do. Will take any advice.

Water parameters? Heat? O2? How long has this been happening and is your tank cycled ?
Second photo looks like dropsy. Very difficult to fix but it is possible. Good luck.
