lately i noticed my betta has white stuff at the edge of his fins , first time i saw it i gently tried to remove with my hand and it came off easily, so i thought its just garbage stuck to him but this kept happening , i’m wondering if its new growth? or is it fin rot or something else
his fins got tore up overnight about 3 weeks ago / or he was nipping them i can’t tell but i removed the driftwood in the tank in case its the cause + added almond leaves and i can say it stopped ripping since then
can someone help? what is this thing honestly it doesn’t look like new growth to me
