Chad keeps floating at a 45 degree angle. His color is normal and he's swimming around his tank (though he is resting a little more than usual). I'm not sure if it's normal for these fishes backside to droop when they're not moving or if something is wrong. There is a slight bulge near his backside so maybe I'm over feeding him? I give him 3-4 pellets of Vibra Bites for breakfast and dinner.
Tank info:
10 gallon
80 F
<.25ppm Ammonia
<.5ppm Nitrite
5ppm Nitrate
As I'm still learning about bettas I'm turning to yall with more experience to get your opinion if this is normal, a sign he's sick or if he's too chunky. Thank you!

do a water change, ammonia and nitrite should be 0
Commenting because my boy is also doing this for some reason. Let’s tackle this one op
I wonder if it’s just because he’s a long finned betta and his fins are heavy? My betta is long finned and does the same swimming-at-an-angle thing. Your betta looks super healthy, so I wouldn’t be too concerned unless he stops eating, swimming around a lot less, or has any sort of lesions/injuries that appear.
