I purchased this white opal betta fish about October of 2025 and I can't tell if his fins are just color change or fin rot?? I just changed some water today so I know he is stressed from that but this has been on him for a few weeks I believe!

Ensure you tank is a minimum of 5g, it does not look like fin rot but just watch for stress, clamped fins, glass surf, erratic swimming, refusing to eat, ensure you have live plants and ample hiding spots too with a heater and filter with soft flow

This is my 10g tank with a hulk betta some black rose shrimp and pest snails (bladder snails) with live plants that are still adapting and growing, and ample hiding spots for my betta and shrimp!
looks like normal color change
