  1. For doing all that and potentially running into big fish in South America etc I would get a Tranx 300

  2. I own a tatula t wing 200, lexa t wing 400, 2 regular lexa 400s, tranx 500 and I’ve used my buddies fathom baitcaster for a couple hours. I guess the best all-rounder would be the tatula t wing 200. I can fish a 1/2 oz jig head on it, all the way up to a 6 ounce metal jig. It really depends on what size lures and what #test line you plan on using. The tatula can be used in freshwater, but a 200 size wouldn’t be my first choice. It’s kind of big to be throwing smaller LMB style plastics and lures. For that I would recomend a 100 size baitcaster. In the ocean, a 100 size baitcaster is pretty small, and you’ll likely get smoked by a big fish over 10lbs in the ocean.

Tranx 300 or Grappler 300 would be my first thought but what kinds of baits and weight are you throwing? SA Mangroves could mean a lot haha
