My guy has been super lethargic for a week. Got a closeup picture and I’m wondering if this is fungal. I feel like he’s always had some white on his face so it doesn’t feel new but the lethargy definitely is. Water is testing good so nothing super obvious there. Was going to head to the store for some aquarium salt but figured maybe I’d ask here first.

5 gallon tank, with heater and filter (tank is around 80-82 degrees). Had it and the fish for one year. Tested for ammonia, nitrates and nitrites and everything came up 0. I generally do weekly water changes especially because I do get a lot of algae.
