Mien started off like this and ended up like the picture attached! Before he passed, his head was almost completely black on one side and red on the other half! Was so beautiful!
Cellophane bettas tend to not stay clear. They’re very white and clear usually due to the stress of being kept in inadequate conditions. Once they’re in a healthy environment, they start to change their colors. It’s a sign of a happy, healthy betta.
