please be nice, this is my first time I’ve ever owned a fish! it was gifted to me for Christmas with the decor inside. I KNOW the decor needs to be removed and it’s bad for them after seeing a few videos; which will be getting done as soon as I get some answers.
- does he have finrot? if so, what do I do?

i’m not sure if he has fin rot or not but if his tail seems to get worse treat him with kanaplex! as for plants i would recommend anubias, java ferns, amazon swords, and moneywort :))
It’s most likely the decor. Sponge Bob especially only because I had that issue even after treatment w kanaplex
