Looks like it, must be a happy guy. If you need to do a water change, but don’t want to disturb the nest I would do a partial water change on the other side slowly. If a few bubbles go away it’s okay. Nests are not permanent, a happy betta will rebuild quickly and healthy water will help him do so 🙂
