I use & love Prime. I haven’t needed stress coat yet but I do believe this is the one people recommend

Please don’t use stress coat, it has aloe in it and it can potentially coat the gills of bettas and they can suffocate.
Use Seachem stress guard as an alternative. Same brand as Prime. I can usually find it easily on Amazon.
Also, if you can find the smallest bottle of prime, the lid on it allows you to do drops instead of the cap. I find it easier. I just refill it with the bigger bottle.
