not the cursed pineapple đ
just keep an eye on him i feed mine these small pellets and sometimes give him bloodworms as a treat try feeding with the light off it could be the lil dude is just stressed trying to adjust to a new home
or thereâs just something wrong with the water levels
be careful about plastic plants itâll destroy his fins i would recommend having real plants
please answer these questions if you can:
do you have a photo of the full set up?
how long did you cycle the tank before adding him?
whatâs the temperature?
what are the water levels?

Frozen food, specifically frozen brine shrimp. Do not feed bloodworms, it can cause bloating and death, that’s what happened to me. He looks just like my boy. Upgrade to river rock and get rid of all of that fake colorful stuff. Plain colored rocks and sticks are best, 5 gallon minimum. For fake plants, silk plants only. Heater and filter. Imma show you my tank for what works for a 40 gallon community tank with a betta in it
Even my plants aren’t enough, my tank still needs work. I need more clutter and decor. But I have big rocks from outside that I cleaned and made into a cave like structure. My fish LOVE it a lot. I recommend it.
