this is Swimothy Chalamet. I’ve had him for a month. His scales look super bad on his face, but idk what wrong or if this is normal.
he lives in a 20 gallon tank with 8 tetras, 5 corys, 10 cherry shrimp. he eats as usual. no weird behaviors that I can tell.
water parameters:
pH 6.2
ammonia 0
nitrited 0
nitrates 5 PPM
heater at 76 F

My first guess is ALWAYS tetras nipping and biting. I’ve seen it so many times….
If that’s just patterning then he is the best betta parent ragebaiter ever.
